TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply decide on any item you wish to buy and purchase online by credit card, you are required to pay in full for the item(s) you have chosen . Upon full payment of your order you will be contacted within forty eight (48) hours by our delivery department who will advise you of a delivery date prior to delivery. 1. in these terms:-
A. “you” and “your” refers to the person who buys or agrees to buy any goods from us
B. “We”, “our” and “us” refers to Mattucci, our employees and agents.
N.B. Throughout these terms and conditions none shall in full or part override or affect your statutory rights.

2. Neither you nor we may alter the terms of this agreement without the agreement of the other.
3. Although we cannot specify the precise date of delivery at the time that you place your order, you will be given an approximate waiting time. Which can be found in the customer services tab on this website. Your goods will, except in any circumstances out of our control, be available to deliver to you within a reasonable period based on the original estimated date. If events or circumstances beyond our control affect the original estimated delivery beyond a reasonable amount, we will inform you. If we are in breach of the approximate date given you will be given the option to cancel your order
4. Once you order your goods from us, you cannot cancel the order unless we are in breach of our obligations to you.
5. Mattucci Ltd’s failure to perform on any Term or Condition of this contract as a result of force majuer conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of god, governmental restrictions, power failure, or damage or destruction, shall not be deemed as a breach of this agreement.
6. We expect all our employees or agents to exercise reasonable standards at all times. Our aim is to ensure that all our customers will receive the highest standards of service from all our employees or agents and to ensure that any criticism or complaint is looked into as a matter of urgency.
7. Please be advised that there will be a minimal delivery fee of £60.00 payable upon completion of a website order, this is subject to location and ease of access to your property. This fee may rise if a suite breakdown is required or the delivery location is outside of the London area
8.It is our policy to deliver your goods to you as quickly as we can. In return, we expect you to assist us to arrange the delivery date promptly once you are advised that the goods are available. We would normally expect you to confirm with us a mutually acceptable date for delivery within 72 hours of you being notified that the goods are ready for despatch. The result of unnecessary delays is that additional costs arise, we can charge to you for storage and insurance of the goods you have ordered currently these charges are £10.00 per day per order if, you fail to make delivery arrangements within seven (7) days of notification of arrival of your goods we will impose the storage and insurance of the goods charge as detailed herein and we will provide you with an invoice on a weekly basis until we can deliver your goods
9.We can only deliver to an address in mainland Great Britain. We regret that we are unable to give a specific time of day for your delivery. We will do all that is reasonable to meet the date given for delivery. In the event of our failure to deliver due to unseen circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you immediately as we become aware of the problem and arrange an alternative delivery date, within one calendar month of the original scheduled date. It is our responsibility to ensure that the goods are delivered to the entrance of the premises specified by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be delivered to the room of your choice; therefore, we will only deliver beyond the entrance of the premises at your risk. Please tell us as soon as possible if there are any circumstances that may affect the delivery of your goods.
10.We will not deliver any goods if access is denied or it is not safely possible. We will not normally remain at a delivery site for more than 30 minutes. If we are not able to deliver the goods in this time due to your fault or something about which you knew and did not inform us about at least 48 hours in advance you will have to pay the previously agreed delivery which was outlined at the point of payment on the mattucci.co.uk website for the aborted delivery. You may also be liable for reasonable storage charges from the date of the aborted delivery as detailed above in 8. If the abortive delivery results from circumstances deemed to be within your control we will charge you for redelivering the goods at our normal delivery charge for the delivery. With your assistance, we will arrange a new delivery date as soon as possible after the original abortive attempt, as we want the goods to be in your possession as soon as possible.
11.Our suites are hand made so delivery times are approximately sixteen (16) to twenty (20) weeks from the date of your order please be advised that our warehouse does carry limited stocks and in some cases delivery times could be six (6) to eight (8) weeks, you will be notified once your order is placed. When your furniture is ready you will be contacted to agree a time and date of delivery.
12.The price for your valued order is in £ sterling and is agreed at the time of purchase from the mattucci.co.uk website this includes VAT, and other taxes, duties or tariffs.
13.We retain full control of your order until the point of delivery at which time the full ownership of the furniture items you have ordered will become yours
14.We will replace or where appropriate repair any goods that fail within twelve calendar months of delivery by reason of faulty materials or workmanship, provided that you notify us within a reasonable period of the failure. We can only provide service to an address in mainland Great Britain, Wales, Scotland. Please note that we will charge you for our reasonable expenses incurred in dealing with unfounded claims made. In all cases, remedies offered by us shall not affect your statutory rights or our statutory responsibilities.
15.We will not pay for -
a) Fair wear and tear or damage caused by negligence and/or improper use (unless it is our suppliers' or our own negligence or improper use).
b) Damage that occurs because of repairs or alterations made without our approval.
c)Loss or damage, relating to your business.
16 .Under the distance selling regulations, customers who have purchased goods from our website are allowed a seven (7) working day cooling off period in which to cancel any order. If you wish to take up this option you must let us know within this period, by email from the link provided or by sending written notice to us at the company address. In any dispute proof of cancellation must be provided and in this respect you are advised to keep a copy of all correspondence sent, together with proof of dispatch where applicable. All customer orders canceled after the seven (7) day cooling off period will incur a 25% administration charge.
17 .Other than above, once you order your goods from us, you cannot cancel the order unless we are in breach of our obligations to you
18.Each of these terms and conditions are sever able. This means that if one term is not considered to be legally enforceable, that will not necessarily mean that the other terms are not enforceable.
19. Any notices that we need to give you will be sent by post or fax to your last known address (or registered office if you are a limited company). Notices will be considered to be served two working days after they are sent. We recommend that you send any notices to us at Mattucci Limited, House of Mattucci, Head Office, Eagle Way, Stonebridge Road, Northfleet, Kent, DA11 9BJ.
20. The information contained in our website is intended for guidance only and products / prices described in it are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers without prior notice. The prices advertised on this website are exclusive to Internet customers and are not offered in conjunction with any other offers or promotions that may be advertised from time to time within our stores.
